TERMS & CONDITIONS

By agreeing to commission me, you fully agree to all the terms outlined below. Please give my terms a good look before commissioning me. Thanks :>

GENERAL

- I will draw (almost) ANYTHING!
However, the quality of your commission will come down to whether you request something I am proficient in (I specialise in stylised illustrations of girls, cute things and food!)- I expect reference material to be provided when commissioning me!
examples of reference material may include but are not limited to: character refs, stock images, pose refs, crudely drawn mockups (these are very appreciated!), written descriptions of your idea, etc.- Stuck on ideas or not sure what you want? I'm here to help!
Don't worry! As long as you communicate with me, I am here to help you fully realise your ideas every step of the way :>- I reserve the right to decline your commission request (before any work has been done) should I feel that I'm not up to the task.- I also reserve the right to cancel your commission at any point if I find I can no longer continue with your commission for a valid reason.
a refund may be given. See the Refunds section for more info- Please communicate with me clearly and in a timely manner!
I will be in regular contact with you while I work on your commission. Don't be afraid to voice any thoughts you may have to me! I will be giving periodic updates and will expect timely feedback. Otherwise it will impact the turnaround time of your commission. Several week-long late response times may also impact my decision to continue working on your commission. If something may get in the way of you responding promptly to me, like a busy schedule or a vacation, that's okay! Just please let me know :>- Rush Commissions are OK!
if your commission should need to be completed sooner than my usual turnaround time, I can agree to a "Rush commission"! I will charge an extra 50% of the base commission price as a "Rush fee".- Revisions are allowed free of charge! However, if certain revisions are deemed excessive or hefty, I may charge you extra.

PAYMENT

- Payment via PAYPAL only
and will be processed via paypal invoice. I will require your paypal email, however your personal address information will not be shared with me.- Prices listed are in US Dollars ($)- I take full payment upfront.
partial payment is allowed on commissions over $500 in total only.- Prices listed are baseline estimates.
Actual commission costs may vary.- For commissions involving monetised usage, a Commercial fee will be charged!

(*except for the PNGTuber prices listed. Those ARE inclusive of the commercial fee)- Refunds are Allowed.

COMMERCIAL LICENSE & FEE

For commissions involving monetisation of any kind, an extra % of the base commission price will be charged as a commercial fee.By paying my commercial fee, you are permitted to use your commission for all PHYSICAL and DIGITAL commercial use in perpetuity (meaning FOREVER).

For online creators, the % charged will be based on your overall size as a creator.
Your size will be determined approximately by your largest overall platform at the time of commission.

Small Creators: +25% of base comm
(new to content creation, less than 1k followers, under 15 average stream ccv)

Mid-size Creators: +50% of base comm
(less than 10k followers, sub 100k yt subscribers, under 75 average stream ccv )

Larger Creators: +100% of base comm
(greater than 10k followers, above 100k yt subscribers, Twitch Partners)

For corporate entities, the % charged will be determined on a case by case basis.

What I consider commercial :
Assets for a monetised stream, art to be sold as physical or digital merchandise, art used to represent your commercial brand, anything that uses my art in direct monetisation. (REQUIRES COMMERCIAL FEE)What I DON'T consider commercial:
Art used for a profile picture or personal social media account banner, art used as a personal gift, assets for an un-monetised stream.
(DOES NOT REQUIRE COMMERCIAL FEE)If you are unsure what your commission would fall under, please ask me!You are allowed to commission me for personal use and decide to buy the commercial rights at a later time. That is OK!*PNGTubers aren't counted under the above fee as a PNGTuber-specific commercial fee has already been included in the prices listed!PNGTuber Commercial Fee:
You are permitted to use your pngtuber commercially on your own streams and as a PNG Reactive on other people's collab streams ONLY. You are NOT permitted to use it for any other form of commercial use!

REFUNDS & EARLY CANCELLATIONS

Should a commission need to be cancelled early, a refund is possible.If no deliverables have been made and you wish to cancel your commission, a full refund will be issued. Otherwise, partial refunds will be issued depending on how much progress has been made. However, a fully complete commission is NON-refundable.
